ORDERS AND SHIPPING:

Order Processing

 Our average order processing times are 1-5 business days. During the occasion of store-wide and super popular sales, our processing times may extend a bit longer. Due to how orders are printed and factors involving order payment verification, we do not count the day the order is placed as a processing day. Day 1 is the business day after your order is placed.

Delivery Time

As soon as your order is processed from our end, one of our Logistics partner( DTDC or Bluedart or Delhivery or Amazon or Ecart for Domestic orders will come and pickup your order from our warehouse. The order is automatically assigned to a particular logistics partner based on your delivery location. From the day they picked up your order, you will receive it anywhere between 1-5 working days depending on your location.

Payment:

All orders must be paid in full before we can process the order.

Lead-Time

We need a lead time of 5 working days to process. If our regular stock is in an “Out of Stock” situation, We prepare the Fresh batch and ship the order immediately .

Returns & Refunds

No refunds or returns on Bulk sizes

Cancellation Policy

All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale and will be liable for cancellation only as per the below mentioned terms.

Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 50/- for domestic orders
